The MeetUp ConferenceCam is built for huddle rooms and small meeting spaces where quality video and audio are essential. With a 4K ultra-HD camera, super-wide field of view and integrated speakerphone, it’s ideal for group video calls, collaborative conference sessions and small team meetings where every participant needs to be seen and heard.

MeetUp features a 4K Ultra HD camera capable of up to 3840 × 2160 resolution at 30 fps, with a super-wide 120° field of view and 5× HD zoom for capturing whiteboards or group discussions with clarity. Its custom lens and motorised pan (±25°) and tilt (±15°) let you frame the room accurately while minimizing distortion. The built-in microphone array uses beamforming to pick up speech up to ~4 m in range (extendable to ~5 m with an optional expansion mic). It also doubles as a Bluetooth speakerphone, enabling smartphone integration and higher-quality audio. Installation is flexible with both tabletop and wall/monitor mounting options, and business-grade certifications ensure compatibility with major conferencing platforms.
