Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on AdvanceKart, the online retail brand owned and operated by Advance Computers, an India-based sole proprietorship (“Advance”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). References to “AdvanceKart” or “Advance” in this Policy refer solely to Advance Computers, which is responsible for order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service.

1. Order Processing

Advance, operating its online retail storefront under the brand AdvanceKart, endeavors to process and dispatch all orders with efficiency and due care. Orders placed before 5:00 PM IST on a business day shall, subject to operational feasibility, be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after such cut-off time, or on Sundays or public holidays, shall be processed on the next business day.

Advance operates through multiple fulfilment centers across India, and reserves the right to dispatch any order from the warehouse best suited in terms of inventory availability, logistical efficiency, and serviceability. The choice of fulfilment center shall be determined solely by Advance.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Advance offers complimentary shipping on all orders placed via AdvanceKart.

In circumstances necessitating separate shipping charges—owing to product dimensions, volumetric weight, destination-based constraints, or courier requirements—such charges shall be clearly displayed at checkout and shall be non-refundable, including in cases of return or cancellation.

Delivery timelines provided by Advance are indicative and represent good-faith estimates based on standard courier performance. You may expect to receive your gadgets as follows:

Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (Mon–Sat)

Handling time: 1 business day (Mon–Sat)

Transit time: 2–5 business days

Actual transit duration may vary due to third-party courier operations, regional conditions, or external factors beyond Advance’s control. No guarantees, express or implied, are made regarding delivery timeframes.

3. Transit Insurance

Where deemed appropriate, Advance may insure certain high-value shipments during transit at no additional cost to the customer.

Such insurance coverage, where applicable, shall subsist only until the shipment is officially marked “Delivered” by the courier partner. Upon delivery confirmation, all risk, title, and responsibility in respect of the goods shall pass to the customer, and Advance shall cease to bear any liability for loss, theft, or damage occurring thereafter.

4. Delivery Address & Modifications

A request to modify the delivery address may be entertained only if the order is in Pending or Confirmed status and has not yet been dispatched. Notwithstanding the above, Advance reserves the right to deny such requests if the revised address alters tax implications, courier serviceability, or shipping costs. Each order may be shipped to one delivery address only. Customers intending to deliver products to multiple addresses are required to place separate orders.

5. Delivery Attempts & Verification

Courier partners typically make two delivery attempts. Failure to successfully deliver during these attempts may result in the shipment being returned to Advance. For security and verification—particularly in the case of high-value consignments—the courier may require OTP authentication, signature confirmation, or identity verification prior to handing over the product. Customers are expected to cooperate with such verification protocols.

6. Packaging & Condition of Goods

All products are packaged using industry-standard protective materials to safeguard them against transit-related damage. Customers are strongly advised to refuse acceptance of any shipment that appears tampered with, damaged, opened, or compromised in any manner, and immediately notify Advance for further assistance. Acceptance of a damaged package may limit or impair subsequent claims.

7. Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

Notwithstanding any estimated delivery timelines, the customer acknowledges that delays may arise due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Advance. Such circumstances include, without limitation, adverse weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, courier delays, law-and-order situations, political disturbances, regulatory restrictions, or other force-majeure events.

Furthermore, deliveries to mountainous regions, border areas, remote locations, or courier-restricted zones may inherently require additional time. Advance shall not be liable for delays arising out of such events, but will undertake reasonable efforts to keep customers informed where feasible.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Misrouted Shipments

If a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the courier but has not been received by the customer, the customer must notify Advance without undue delay. Upon receipt of such notification, Advance shall initiate an inquiry with the courier. The outcome of such investigations shall be governed by the courier partner’s internal protocols, and Advance shall not be responsible for delays or decisions arising therefrom.

Risk in the goods transfers upon delivery confirmation, and Advance shall not be liable for instances of theft, loss, or mis-delivery occurring post-delivery.

9. Non-Serviceable & Restricted Locations

Courier partners may be unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, military establishments, high-security zones, or certain remote pin codes. In all such cases, Advance may request an alternate delivery address or, if none is available, may cancel the order and process a refund.

10. Customer Support

For any queries relating to shipping, tracking, courier delays, or delivery address modifications for orders placed on AdvanceKart, customers may contact Advance through the official support channels listed on the website. Advance shall exercise reasonable efforts to respond promptly and assist in resolving concerns; however, such assistance shall not constitute an admission of liability or waiver of any legal rights available to Advance.
