The welded frame construction with integrated side walls provides superior rigidity and structural strength rated for a 40kg static load capacity, safely supporting a full rack complement of switches, patch panels, and passive equipment. Two pairs of adjustable 19-inch mounting rails with U-marking and depth-adjustable mounting slots enable flexible equipment positioning to maximise usable rack space and accommodate varying equipment depths. The lockable toughened tinted glass front door provides clear visibility of installed equipment and LED status indicators while maintaining physical security against unauthorised access — with lock and key included. Vented top and bottom panels with cable entry/exit cutouts allow clean cable routing for power, data, and fibre connections, while the fan mounting provision on the top panel supports up to one additional cooling fan for thermal management. The roof-mounted 90 CFM/230V AC fan unit included in the standard BOM provides active cooling for the cabinet's internal airspace. A 6-socket 5A power distribution unit (PDU) provides in-cabinet power distribution for all installed equipment. A 1U cable manager and a hardware packet of 20 pieces are included for immediate installation. The D-Link metal-engraved logo on the welded side walls provides a professional branded appearance.
